He’s a mischievous lad by nature, but through excellent training he knows the difference between work time and playtime.

True to his breed, Derek is an easy-going chap who is unfazed by the hustle and bustle of show (or studio) life. He’s an excellent cat model as clients will find him easy to position. Derek is happy to be picked up without a fuss, making him perfect for high-profile fashion shoots that require a stunning cat model to sit or be held for long periods of time. He is fine with noisy and busy crowds and is thus the perfect bit of animal talent to star in pet photography-led shoots.

Derek is a regular GCCF show cat with vast behavioural experience.

Most recently this stunning ginger cat worked for supermarket giant, Aldi UK working with their Cat Mate Fountain from Specialbuys.

He is now ready to take this training and enter the world of animal talent! This amazing working cat has been crowned best in show no less than three times. This good behaviour is absolutely essential onset and presents yet another compelling reason to hire Derek. He also worked with the production Malaberg.
