Meet Maggie!

Breed:
Mixed Breed
Age:
7
Location:
East Sussex, South East
Bio:

Give a warm welcome to Maggie the beautiful Mixed Breed rescue dog from Lebanon. Maggie the perfectly imperfect model was used as target practice and beaten while pregnant with pups. Maggie has one ear, no eyes, a wonky jaw and scars all over her body. She also has a tail that never stops wagging, a belly that can always make room for more treats. As well as, a coat as soft as silk and a smile that will melt your heart.

Firstly, Maggie has a disability which means sometimes her owners approach training differently than other dogs. This does not limit Maggie in any way. She is blind but most people do not realise she is blind until told. As she has learned to adapt so seamlessly you wouldn’t be able to tell her apart from a sight dog.

Also, Maggie is an senior girl and one of our perfectly imperfect pets for hire. She’s steadfast in her temperament and works so hard to please everyone. Her blindness has become an advantage to her in many ways as bright lights, moving objects, crowds of people do not affect her.

In addition, Maggie is the most compassionate and friendly dog you could ever have the pleasure of meeting. She has an incredible ability to match the energy of whoever she is interacting with despite the lack of visual facial cues. She is a goofy and friendly dog who would love to spend every second of every day being loved on.

Maggie isn’t the smartest dog in the world but she makes up for it in her ability to make those instant connections with every person she meets. She has zero loyalty and it takes as little as a hello from a stranger to win her trust. This cross breed does think with her stomach so loves to be paid in food rewards. Also enjoys a play with anyone who brings her a toy.

Finally, Maggie is a delight to work with and her smile is so infectious and her confidence and capability so high. We recommend Maggie the perfectly imperfect model for a range of media briefs according to her skill set.
