Characteristics

The Abyssinian is a breed of domestic short-haired cat with a distinctive “ticked” tabby coat, in which individual hairs are banded with different colours. In nomenclature terms, they are also known as simply Abys. Boasting an affectionate temperament, the Abyssinian Mix is an absolute joy to have around set. They develop relationships quickly and are very friendly toward both humans and other animals making them a popular choice for a plethora of modelling and acting jobs.

Unsurprisingly, the Afghan Hound originates from the mountains of Afghanistan.

Australian Labradoodle

Characteristics

Australian Labradoodles differ from Labradoodles in general, in that they may also have other breeds in their ancestry. English and American cocker spaniel × poodle crosses (i.e. cockapoos). Two Irish water spaniels and soft-coated Wheaten terriers were used in some Australian Labradoodle lines. Their eagerness to learn makes them a very simple breed to train as well as making them versatile enough to work within a range of environments.

Developed in California in the 19th century, it is claimed the breed descends from a variety of herding breeds including collies. They were bred to herd cattle and are now considered working dogs being commonly found on American ranches.
